About Me
A Little History
Scott (DJ NiLLa) started his music career in 2005 while at the University of South Florida. Over the past 15 years - NiLLa has had the opportunity to work with some of the Tampa Bay area's top DJ's at the biggest and best venues, including Bishop Tavern in downtown St. Petersburg.
His on & off-air radio work includes stops at Tampa Bay's 93.3 FLZ, WiLD 98.7, 970 WFLA, Total Traffic Network and 97X.
In 2007, Scott decided to venture into the private party industry - and hasn't looked back since. From the Tradewind's Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach to the Marine Corps Ball in Tampa - DJ NiLLa has provided wedding DJ services for over 100 ceremonies & parties all over the state of Florida.
In 2017, Scott joined forces with the American Lung Association to help raise money to support the fight against lung cancer at Trivia themed events, as well as providing DJ entertainment at the annual Climb for Air event.

I've always been a firm believer that your private party, event, or wedding should be YOURS. A special occasion is only memorable if it is talked about the next day, and my goal is to provide the guidance to make your event PERFECT. I provide those planning the event with the opportunity to choose the songs that mean the most to THEM. **NO COOKIE CUTTER WEDDINGS HERE**
It is my goal to meet with every client to find out what would make their event special. At these events, it is not my goal to try new techniques, showcase my DJ abilities, or land future clientele.
